The dishes are inspired by Mediterranean and Balinese cuisine.

The palatial Jumeirah is home to Akasa. This cliffside restaurant and bar has breathtaking views of the Uluwatu Coastline. You will feel like you are flying over the ocean from the infinity edge terrace. Brought to you by lady chef Joan Achour, we love a little girl power with our cuisine so it’s nice to note that Joan is a super chef having worked with the Jumeirah group around the world and some of Europe’s top restaurants. Serving lunch, afternoon tea and dinner Akasa’s menu is an ode to woodfired cooking with plenty of beef, plenty of seafood and a touch of Japanese flavours.
