Here you’ll find plenty of breakfast classics from hard boiled dippy eggs and freshly baked loaded croissants, to bacon and egg rolls and tropical smoothie bowls. We recommend their classic smashed avo toast topped with feta cheese and hollandaise sauce, served with a warm Bali smile from the welcoming Sala staff.

If your morning doesn’t start without a decent cup of coffee, then do yourself a favour and check-out Bali Beans Roastery! Producing coffee since 1985 and with their own plantations located throughout the island, these guys are serious about their coffee blends, which are served alongside some delicious brekkie dishes. Think homemade pancakes and brioche French toast – all topped with an indulgent selection of scrummy fresh fruits, honey, whipped cream and gelato. Or, if you are in the mood for something more savoury, their Shakshuka eggs served on sourdough toast are a real people pleaser!
