These places make dining with kids easy, whether it’s a play area, kids’ activities, and of course, kids’ food. Other than that, the local people and staff in Bali LOVE children and will welcome you and your children with open arms. We’ll tell you about some of the best family-friendly spots on the island to add to your next Bali itinerary!
Located in the bustling area of Seminyak is Shooters Bali, an absolute paradise for children and playful adults alike. There are so many fun activities and games to do here like miniature golf, shooting hoops, giant jenga, ping pong and much more including ax throwing for the more daring members of the family. Some of the activities have a small price, but most are free! The menu is also very family friendly and includes favorites like burgers, hot dogs, pizza, and more. They even have popcorn and cotton candy. It’s sure to be a day to remember for the whole family!

Another fun and exciting family restaurant in Seminyak is Biku. The kids’ menu is packed with kid-friendly favorites and there are toys to color in and while you wait. They even have a children’s tea set, including cute miniature versions of sandwiches, cakes, and scones, sure to be exciting for the little ones. Spice up the children’s afternoon with some coloring or board games.

milk and madu
Milk & Madu Family Restaurant has two locations in Canggu, one on Batu Bolong Road and one in Berawa. These cafes are a must when traveling with young children, an opportunity for a relaxed meal for the parents and to play with other children! Both restaurants have playgrounds and activities for children and, of course, a children’s menu as well.

Berawas Kitchen is the best place to go with the whole family. It is made up of many different food stalls with cuisine from around the world, so every member of the family is guaranteed to find a meal to their liking. Also, here you can find delicious crepes and ice creams for those with a sweet tooth. There are plenty of cozy places to hang out to enjoy food, and best of all, there’s a cute playground for the kids to burn off some energy while the parents can relax.

If you want to combine shopping, dining, and fun activities, this is the place for you. Tamora Gallery is a lifestyle shopping center in Berawa, Canggu, for family activities and with many educational, entertainment and recreational facilities. Tamora Gallery is a unique place with activities and interests for the whole family. Open daily from 8 am to 10 pm, admission is free to use the playground and skate bowl. While you’re there, you can try delicious burgers, Chinese cuisine, frozen yogurt, and much more.

Bistro Anwa is a one-stop-shop for the whole family, a large cafeteria-style dining room on the ground floor, a spa and hair salon on the second level, and a rooftop bar…so this destination can keep the whole family happy! family! For the little ones there is not only plenty of space, but there is also a wide range of children’s food, from their delicious pasta to cheesy pizza, burgers, rice bowls and more. To keep the kids entertained, there are board games upstairs, and on Friday nights there’s even a kids’ movie night with free popcorn. Kids can enjoy the air-conditioned movie theater and 2-4-1 pizzas, while adults can enjoy the epic sunset view from the terrace and order from the delicious menu.

In the family area of Sanur, you will find Shotgun social, a great place for families to enjoy a fun and delicious time and delicious food and drinks. Their treehouse-style playground in the garden is perfect for kids to burn off some energy, while parents can easily watch them relax. They have a kids menu with many favorites to choose from priced at IDR 55k which includes a drink. On the weekends they even have “Family Fun Day”, admission is free and the activities are fun like face painting, fun games, magic balloons, kids cooking class and live acoustic music. Popular family restaurant in Ubud is a great place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner with the kids! They have a beautiful patio for children to play. Their kids’ menu includes favorites like pizza, pasta, and burgers, priced at IDR 60k that includes fresh juice, chips, and fresh fruit, and they also have high chairs. This restaurant is a family favorite for sure!

If you are looking for a family restaurant with healthy food and drinks in Ubud, this is it. The food is delicious and there are many options to choose from. And as a bonus, they have an enclosed children’s play yard that includes books, crayons, and wooden toys. Bali Buda also has other locations in Bukit, Sanur, Kerobokan and Munggu. Bali Buda is a great place for a hearty and healthy family meal.

Another great place for families in Ubud is Pizza Bagus. As the name suggests, they have very good pizzas, and who doesn’t like a good pizza?! Except for the delicious Italian menu items, they also have some entertainment for the little ones such as play blocks, paper, and crayons. For older children, it is also possible to play futsal or darts at this restaurant. I’m sure everyone will have a good time and leave with a full belly.

Seafood BBQ on Jimbaran Beach
Sunsets, a beach for the kids to play in, loads of fun and affordable restaurants, and some of the best seafood on the island. Does this sound like heaven or what? Jimbaran beach restaurants are on many people’s Bali wish lists, and they should be on yours too when you’re traveling with kids. The long, wide beach is a great place for children to play while parents can keep an eye on them while enjoying the beautiful sunset.

The Coffee Club
The Coffee Club in Legian is the perfect place to bring your children. Right next to the Coffee Club is “The Turtle Club” which is a fun play area for children, including slides, table football, climbing, drawing and many other activities throughout the day. The friendly staff will make sure to take care of the children while you enjoy a delicious meal. The minimum spend in the cafeteria is IDR 150,000 to access the play area, and it’s worth it, the kids love it!
