Prior to leading the SugarSand team, Chef Syamsul Rizal worked in the kitchen of international cruise ships, global hotel chains, and some of the best restaurants in the US, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, and Morocco. One of the highlights of his international career includes working at the award-winning Miami restaurant Nobu and Zuma in Dubai.
