Born in Malaysia and raised in Singapore, Chef Pang has 20 years of experience in the pastry scene. Prior to coming to Padma Resort Legian, highlights of his culinary career include a 9-year stint at a renowned Michelin-starred restaurant in Marina Bay Sands, where he developed a distinctive style for presenting his original crafts.

His creations include the artistic Double Cheesecake, which resembles a block of cheese, and a deconstructed Black Forest Cake shaped like a mushroom. With a unique combination of shapes, vibrant colors, and mouth-watering flavors, Chef Pang’s unrivaled culinary presentations are a must-see!

Chef Pang’s impressive track record has seen him garner numerous accolades, including becoming first runner-up at the annual Singapore Bakery and Confectionery Championships and taking home the gold medal at the Asian Gelato Cup. In addition, he was recognized as the “Best Mentor” from the Sunrise Academy in Singapore and the “Best Pastry Chef in Indonesia 2015”.
