Where to find the best burgers in Bali
The king of all comfort foods has to be burgers and in Bali you will find the most amazing burgers in the world. Juicy beef patties, crispy fried chicken, shredded fish, ALL the gourmet condiments, toasted brioche buns of all kinds and even some gluten free options. And of course, what’s a burger without fries? Cut from fresh potatoes, crisp-fried and smothered in herb aioli or tomato sauce. The choice is yours. Vegans are not to be missed! Most of our favorite burger joints serve you, too.
Nuri’s is traditionally a rib restaurant, but we love any excuse to stop at Nuri’s for one, two, or three… of their signature margaritas and martinis in their unique warung-style locations. And what better way to soak up a few drinks than with a real burger? In true Naughty Nuri style, their burgers are hearty, they’re bold, and they’re loaded with all the classic trimmings. Pickles, onion rings, bacon and smoked cheese along with 200g of beef or pork. Do you want to try them all? Go for the sliders and get three different styles of burgers. Now let’s talk about the sides, and we don’t mean more daisies. Truffle fries, hand-cut wedges, Asian coleslaw or BBQ corn. You will always leave Naughty Nuri satisfied.
The environment? An exclusive rack of ribs with an Asian and American influence. Great for groups.
Suitable for vegans? While they do have great vegetarian sides, this is probably not a vegan option.

It will blow a beef burger out of the water, the burger even bleeds just like a real beef burger. The menu is packed with modern and innovative burgers, with plenty of options: beef, chicken, crispy chicken, wagyu burgers, and veggie burgers. We especially love that Grill’d has a menu for little kids AND big kids. Small being under 7 and large being 8-11. Did we mention they also have cocktails and a full beer and wine list? This is one versatile burger joint!

With outlets in Batu Bolong and Petitenget, it’s worth noting that Pitstop is open until 4am and is one of the few places to grab a late-night bite. It’s great for ordering through apps like Grab Food and after all these years, they’re still unbeatable value for money.

La Cantine is a hidden European-style gem just outside the center of Ubud. Beef burger, chicken burger and fish burgers, all tossed with Emmental cheese for a fancy European twist on the classic burger. The pommes frites (that’s French for fries) are on point and we love the French and Indonesian vibe here. Just make sure you save room for dessert or a cocktail! All European-inspired, of course.
